Of course, I do think rhinoplasty itself is kind of a matter of luck. Everyone’s nose shape is completely different, and there are so many variables, like the style you want, the materials that suit you, the doctor’s aesthetic sense, skin and tissue characteristics, and so on. But when it comes to removal surgery, even more factors seem to be added on top of that, like what material was used during the first surgery or revision surgery, whether osteotomy was done, whether alar reduction was done, whether a lot of septal cartilage was harvested, whether there was even a slight amount of inflammation, how much scarring remains depending on your tissue characteristics, what your original nose was like, and so on. So I think that’s why choosing a clinic is so hard. I already had everything removed, but I hate putting things off If I could turn back time…
