After paranasal augmentation, the hollowing next to my nose has improved, but my nostril wings have spread out, so I look so unattractive ㅠ Should I reduce my alar base? What should I do? I’m a bit hesitant to have alar reduction surgery ㅠ Is there any non-surgical cosmetic procedure that can gather the widened nostril wings a bit?
