If you remove a septal extension, does the nose feel comfortable right away? Honestly, I’m worried about the shape too, but my nose feels so stuffy and tight that I’m thinking of removing it. I’m worried that even after removal, only the shape will look strange and the pulling and stuffy symptoms might remain.
