After septal extension with no implant, the inside became severely deviated, and because of cartilage protruding through the nasal mucous membrane, I went to the top three reconstruction hospitals. They said we should do complete removal at 3 months. Has anyone had complete removal or an AS/revision at 3 months like me? I told them I was scared of inflammation or infection, but they said that since it’s been 3 months, most of the contraction period has passed, and because there’s no implant, I don’t need to worry about inflammation. They said compared with other issues, it’s best to operate at around 3 months, when things have recovered to some extent, before the deviated septum hardens more, and that the prognosis is the best then... If anyone has had a similar experience, please help me
