Today I had everything that had been put in my nose removed: silicone, ear cartilage, and partial capsule removal. Since it’s still the same day, my nose is really puffy, but of course that must be swelling… The bridge of my nose looks square-ishㅠ But taking the swelling into account, I think it just looks similar to my original face. I had consultations with the doctor before and after surgery, and the doctor personally took photos of my face. I had it removed through a closed approach. At first, they said they would only make an incision in the right nostril, but to match the shape of the nasal alae, they changed it to incisions in both nostrils. The reason was that after my nose surgery, my nasal alae had become more asymmetrical than they were naturally…
