Hehe, because the fat kept increasing day by day, I wanted full-body liposuction, but maybe because the director places a lot of importance on safety, they said full-body liposuction can’t be done all at once anyway, and it would be possible by dividing it into upper and lower body, so first I had liposuction on my lower body, which was the biggest problem. They said that even after lower-body liposuction, diet management is essential, so my upper body would naturally slim down too. I think I did well listening to the director. Now I don’t really feel the need to do my upper body haha I’m still not doing strength training or anything like that, just mostly walking and paying some attention to my diet. I couldn’t diet super strictly like other people lol I’m just holding back on late-night snacks and not eating snacks, just about that much.. haha I always dreamed of having straight legs, and I’m happy because I feel like I achieved that to some extent through hip-thigh-knee liposuction. If I go on vacation this summer, I’m going to buy lots of pretty clothes, wear them, and take tons of photos lol Rather than places that say they’ll definitely remove a huge amount, I think the best hospital is one that prioritizes safety more and shapes the line well. Thank you so, so much to the consultant and director who took perfect care of me from the consultation through after the surgery♥
