My nose is on the long side and bulbous, so I had surgery 7 years ago. My basic nasal bridge was high, but it was broad, so I had osteotomy and used ear cartilage for the nasal tip. But my nasal tip is hard, large, blunt, and looks swollen, while the columella droops too much, so I was extremely stressed but just lived with it somehow. Before surgery, even though I had a bulbous nose, my side profile was really pretty, but now the side profile looks big and puffy, so I still don’t like itㅠㅠ A few years ago, when I went for a reconstruction consultation, I was told that the columella was drooping but the nasal tip length was short, and I really felt at a loss about what to do.
