My nose is on the long side and bulbous, so I had surgery 7 years ago. My basic nasal bridge was high, but it was broad, so I had osteotomy and used ear cartilage for the nasal tip. But my nasal tip is hard, large, blunt, and looks swollen, while the columella droops too much, so I was extremely stressed but just lived with it somehow.
