Hello, among those whose nasal tip lifted after silicone removal, has anyone tried immediately correcting only the right nostril, where the silicone was removed through a closed approach and the nostril became triangular? I had silicone removed at a local clinic, and after just 2 weeks I had cartilage removed at one of the three major places. The local clinic said there was no need to remove the cartilage for no reason I really regret it. When I went for a consultation at one of the three major places, one nostril from the closed approach was pinched like a triangle, so while removing the ear cartilage, they corrected that area too. Even now after the closed approach, it's not perfect, but it has still been corrected a lot...
