I am one of the people considering complete removal. I have had surgery once. Surgery: silicone on the nasal bridge, donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. Original nose: small, low nose; not a wide nose or upturned nose, and the nostrils showed an appropriate amount for my face. 1 If I do complete removal, can I stop worrying about complications anymore? 2 After complete removal, can I live like before surgery, including drinking, smoking, exercising, etc.? 3 If the contraction phase comes, will the nose become much smaller and turn upward? My original nose is really, really tiny, so I am worried if it gets even smaller from there...

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
