I had my nasal cartilage tied, but my nose is too high, so I’m planning to release it. At the time, the doctor didn’t recommend tying the nasal tip, but I did it for no reasonㅠ Has anyone had their cartilage tied and then released? I guess it would be done through an incision. It has been over 5 years since I had it done, so I’m not sure if it will be okay.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
