I had rhinoplasty without implants 7 years ago, but my nose has gotten shorter and my nostrils show, so I’m trying to get revision surgery. I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
