It has been 2 years since I had rhinoplasty at a private clinic using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but my nasal tip has drooped and my nose looks long, so I am considering revision surgery. For those who have had revision rhinoplasty, do you always have to use donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage as the nasal material? If you went with autologous costal cartilage, did you not have any nasal deviation?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
