The surgeon was very confident about the surgery and said things like he had a technique that only a few people in Korea, including himself, could do, so I got tempted and had the surgery. But around 5 months after surgery, my nasal tip suddenly started swellingㅠㅠ I immediately sent photos to the clinic and asked, and they said it was folliculitis. They told me to apply medicine and rest well, saying it can happen when you’re tired
But for almost a month, my nasal tip has been swollen like in the photo The clinic said there isn’t any other implant in the nasal tip and it’s all autologous tissue, so it’s not inflammation from the surgery, it’s folliculitis, and that it can happen if hair roots were included in the buttock dermis… I trusted them and held out, but once it went past a month, the swelling at the nasal tip got even worseㅠㅠㅠㅠ And in the meantime I took antibiotics for about 10 days too, but it didn’t get better I felt something was off, so I asked if this was really folliculitis because it wasn’t healing, and asked them to check again. They said they could make an incision inside the nose and check, so I should come in I had been trusting them, but I saw a case that seemed similar to mine, though the area was different, and that person had it done at the same clinic and they responded the same wayㅜㅜㅜ But that person’s nose was…. ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ I seriously felt my heart dropㅠㅠ What should I do, seriouslyㅠㅠㅠㅠ I don’t know if I should go to a university hospital or go back there, I feel like I’m going crazy Has anyone had a similar case to mine?
