For revision surgery, do you absolutely have to use autologous costal cartilage? About 13 years ago, I had a closed approach with silicone and ear cartilage, but as I’ve gotten older, the volume has disappeared, so it feels like only my nose is sticking up prominently. I want to lower the height a bit and change the line too. But when I look at revision surgery reviews, there are really many cases using autologous costal cartilage. I only want to use silicone and ear cartilage I don’t have any particular complications.
