I had rhinoplasty about 5 years ago with silicone inserted, and now I’m wondering if it’s inflamed and contracture has developed. The tip of my nose has gotten shorter, it feels tight and kind of painful, and suddenly I’m scared... Do I need to remove the silicone? Still, I do want to maintain some degree of nose height, so should I remove it and use rib cartilage? Or I also kind of want to use dermis. Cost will be the issue, right....

I heard The Nan is good at short noses, but I wonder if getting a consultation there will be difficult. For the other places, if I schedule the dates with enough room, I should be able to do the consultations all together, right? I want to hurry up and look like Winter too.. even if it’s just the vibe...
