I really don’t have the courage for full removal, so for now I’m planning to remove the silicone, leave the nasal tip cartilage, and trim only the height to match the bridge of my nose. Is there anyone who regrets leaving the nasal tip cartilage in?ㅜㅠㅜㅜ I hope this will be the last nose surgery of my lifeㅜ I’m worried I might later regret leaving the nasal tip cartilage tooㅜㅜ
