10 years ago, I had surgery with silicone in the nasal bridge and ear cartilage in the nasal tip, and from about 5 years ago the silicone kept moving. I don’t know if I developed rhinitis in one nostril or what, but I get a runny nose only from one side at all times. My face was already asymmetrical and my nose was also slightly shifted to the left, but after surgery the nostril asymmetry became worse, so in photos only one nostril looked upturned. As more time passed, the nasal tip gradually drooped, and the columella came down too, making the columella stand out more like a bulbous old-man nose. 1 ㅅㅇ Only the moving silicone in the nasal bridge…
