I developed columellar retraction. Is there anyone here who had full removal ˀˀ They say that for columellar retraction, you absolutely have to put in a support strut, and that if you don’t, the nose will get shorter and the columellar retraction will get worse. I want full removalㅜㅜ Has anyone regretted it because the columellar retraction got worse after full removal?
