Are there any methods you recommend? For my first surgery, I didn't really do anything besides avoiding alcohol and using ice packs, but I want the swelling to go down quickly and nicely I was originally supposed to have surgery sooner, but I got COVID again and something came up at home, so it got postponed I'm finally getting it done at ㅈㅇㅋㅇ the week after next I wanted to avoid the middle of summer, so please tell me your tips for reducing swelling Thanks in advance
