Last time I had consultations at Premier and Brown, and this time I went to Nose Lab and Nplus too. I only found out during these consultations that maybe the skin on my nasal bridge is thin... haha
Premier said they would use costal cartilage to raise the nasal tip, and silicone for the nasal bridge, but because my skin is thin, they said there is concern it could show through if dermis is not placed over it! They said if I were to do it without using dermis at all, they wouldn’t be able to increase the bridge height, and Brown also told me the same thing, that using dermis would be better!...
For now, those two places were in favor of using dermis, whereas Nplus and Nose Lab didn’t mention dermis, and only said, while mentioning that my skin is thin, that they wouldn’t raise the height very much..ㅜ
Honestly, changing the shape is the purpose of cosmetic surgery, but being told I need to use dermis, which I hadn’t expected, kind of bothers me...
Would it be better to use dermis and raise the nasal bridge??
