On ㄱㅇㅅ YouTube, they say things like even if you remove the columellar support, if it was done without an implant it won’t collapse, and even if you take out the septal cartilage, contracture won’t occur. Commonly speaking, those are really tempting words for people like us who are only looking into removal surgery. When they say there are no side effects, is it really true that there are none? I know you can’t say that with 100% certainty, but if it was done without an implant, would the side effects be relatively less? For reference, I think I had things like septal extension, a support strut, donated dermis, bulbous nose correction, cartilage tying, hump osteotomy, and so on. I just wanted to have the hump osteotomy and raise only the nasal tip, but even bulbous nose correction…
