In the end, do most people end up using rib cartilage for their final nose surgery? I'm thinking about revision surgery only for the nasal tip, but if I use ear cartilage, will I end up having to do it again later.. I have a bulbous nose, so I'm thinking of reducing it just a little more, but I'm not sure if I should go to a place that uses rib cartilage. I don't want to have another surgery, and I want this to be the last oneㅠ I'm sure everyone feels that way though. Among the places I had consultations with, there was also one that said they would place MegaDerm on top of ear cartilage

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
