Previously, I only had silicone in the nasal bridge, but lately inflammation keeps appearing and then disappearing,,, I'm trying to get revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage. Which places are famous? For reference, I'm a man in my late 20s!

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
