Just like the title says, do you absolutely have to use rib cartilage for revision surgery!? I don’t want to use it.. I had my first surgery with septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and now I’m only going to fix the crookedness in my nose, not change the shape or make it higher, so do I have to use rib cartilage.. Do they almost never reuse nasal tip materials? I want to do it with only ear cartilage.. sob
