Remove Only the Silicone? Remove the Septum/Nasal Tip Entirely? I’m Torn

My original nose had a hump, so it wasn’t low, and I wanted it to look natural, so during surgery I asked them to put in the thinnest silicone possible. But the starting point is high and I really don’t like my nose, so while looking into it, I heard that 3 mm was inserted ㅠㅠ I want to leave the nasal tip as it is and remove only the silicone. Would that be okay? I’m curious about reviews from people who had surgery in the same way, but there aren’t many. Since there isn’t any inflammation, some doctors say that if I remove it, the nose shape and line will suit my current face better, while others say there could be a step-off and that because the nasal tip is high, it may look pointy …
