Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Postoperative nasal asymmetry and nostril-wing finishing issue

Last June, I had surgery to slightly improve my bulbous nose and raise the height a bit. I like everything overall, but the silicone implant on the nasal bridge is tilted to one side, and after the nostril reduction, the stitching? around the nostril wing wasn’t done well, so it ended up like in the photo, and foreign matter or sebum-like stuff gets stuck in between ㅠㅠ I went to the clinic and they recommended revision surgery, so I decided to do it. We talked about repositioning the silicone and making that stitched area look a little less noticeable.. They said it would be 350,000 won for material costs and anesthesia fees. At first, I was told the anesthesia fee was 120,000 won, but even though it’s the clinic’s fault, I’m paying the material cost too, and I’m wondering if it’s really right that I have to pay the full 350,000 won.. I already feel wronged having to go through this pain again and live with it, and I did pay, but... I just wanted to ask... ㅠㅠ After my first nose surgery, I really thought I should never do it again, but now revision surgery after just one year ㅠㅠ Is this right..?
