I’m planning to get revision rhinoplasty, so I did a lot of online research and started going to consultations last week. But the more research I do, the harder it gets to choose a clinic ㅠㅠ My nasal bridge already has some height, so I only had the nasal tip done without an implant, but the tip has dropped a lot and it looks wide/blurred from the front too, so I decided to get a revision! The places I’ve had consultations at so far are ㄹㅋㅋ and ㅊㅇㅊㄹ, and the places I’m going to are ㅁㅌ and ㅇㅇㅇ. I’d prefer a place that focuses on implant-free rhinoplasty and natural results. Also, would it be better to use rib cartilage..? I think my nasal septum? may not have enough strength, which is why the tip dropped ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
