I had functional rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage and silicone, but the autologous costal cartilage is blocking the hidden nasal cavity airway, so I can’t breathe at all through one side. So I want to remove the costal cartilage, but I like my nasal bridge, so I’m debating whether to keep the silicone. Is it possible to remove only the costal cartilage?
