I live outside Seoul, and I definitely want to do removal or revision surgery in Seoul, so I’m starting to research online. Can you tell me which places are considered the top three in Seoul? The middle of my nose is a bit crooked. It seems like the cartilage at the nasal tip and the silicone on the bridge have separated, and it tilted because of the silicone removal. My pre-op nose was very low, so I think I’d feel a lot of psychological deprivation if I removed everything, but I want to leave the nasal tip as is or reposition itㅜ It was either 2 mm or 3 mm, and they said they’d make it natural, so the surgery was done almost unnoticeably, but if I remove it, will there be a step-offㅜ This post is all over the placeㅜㅜ Please tell me the top three in Seoul. I’d also appreciate advice comments.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
