Just like the title says ㅜㅜ Is there anyone who removed silicone and lowered the cartilage? I had 3 mm silicone, and ear cartilage plus septal cartilage were used for the nasal tip. They said if I only remove the silicone, there will 100% be a step-off, so the nasal tip has to be lowered too. I don’t have a hump, so I didn’t have osteotomy, and thankfully they said they didn’t shave down my original middle nasal bridge either. My middle nasal bridge had been high ㅜ I also have some cartilage visibility at the nasal tip, so if I lower the nasal tip, the cartilage visibility should improve at least a little, right? This counts as revision surgery, so it has to be done with an open approach. If anyone had surgery similar to mine or exactly the same, please leave a comment. I’m removing it because of inflammation…
