This is my nose 19 years after surgery. I had 3 mm silicone and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. As I get older, my skin has become thinner, so the upper part of my nasal bridge is turning red. Has anyone had everything removed? I'm curious whether you removed only the silicone or removed everything, and if removing only the silicone caused upturning or contracture, and whether you're satisfied. Should I go to a hospital famous for removal, or should I go back to the hospital where I originally had it done? I'm curious.
