This July will mark exactly 10 years since my nose surgery. I had a very bulbous nose, so after surgery with 34 mm silicone in the nasal bridge and septal cartilage for the nasal tip, I was satisfied with the shape and had been doing fine without inflammation or any other particular side effects. But around last fall and winter, during the change of seasons, I felt an aching, tight sensation for a few days inside my nose around the middle part of the nasal bridge, then it got better. I was anxious, wondering if it was contracture, but after about a week the symptoms disappeared. Still, since then I’ve been reacting more sensitively to my nose than usual, and I’m wondering whether I should have everything removed…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
