I got the splint removed today. The front view is really swollen, but I think being swollen now looks better than how I looked before. I thought too much septal cartilage had been harvested, so I had both the columella and septum reinforced. They said there’s absolutely no chance of developing a saddle nose, but I’m not sure. Anyway, mentally I feel extremely at ease now
