My philtrum became really long, and there are a lot of theories that it’s because of the columellar strut, so I’m thinking of just completely removing the columellar strut too and doing a full removal. But after hearing what people say, some say you shouldn’t remove the columellar strut. I don’t know what’s right, but is there anyone who has had the columellar strut removed? It seems like the columellar strut surgery was done very deeply, so I’m not sure if it can be removed
