Removal at the hospital where I had it done

It’s not a hospital specializing in removal, but I went for a removal consultation at the hospital where I had the surgery done. The cost was low, maybe because it was the place where I had it done. I lived well with it for 7 years and don’t have any problems, but I want to go back to my natural nose, so I’m trying to have it removed. I’m planning to remove everything: 34 mm silicone on the nasal bridge, donated dermis, donated costal cartilage at the nasal tip, and ear cartilage. The director said that after removing everything, my original nose could be loose and spread out, so it could become like a Vietcong nose. They said they would support it with a slight strut, and that this is different from repositioning. They also mentioned repositioning, but anyway, that’s how it is, and they said they would do cartilage tying for the nasal tip. Ah…
