I'm considering revision surgery in the direction of removing Gore-Tex that was put in 17 years ago and replacing it with silicone. Originally I was only going to do the nasal tip, but most hospitals say I need to change the implant too. I'm worried that the nose shape might change a lot after Gore-Tex removal. Is removal simple?ㅜㅜ I'm worried it might be too much to remove it and put in silicone right away.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
