Hello, 6 years ago I had rhinitis surgery at an ENT clinic and had nose surgery at the same time. I have a foreign-body sensation in the nasal tip, so I’m planning to have it removed this time. During my first surgery, septal cartilage and donated dermis were used, and my hump was shaved down. Currently, above the soft cartilage in the nasal tip, I have a foreign-body sensation, though I don’t know whether it’s cartilage or dermis. I can make a pig nose, but I’m planning to have only the nasal tip cartilage removed at the place where I had the first surgery. I’m curious whether removing only the nasal tip cartilage causes a lot of deformity.
