I booked functional nose surgery for the nasal septum and nasal valve, plus cosmetic nose surgery, with Director ㅇㅎ at GNG in 2 weeks. If anyone has had it done, please share advice and reviews. I booked it because I’m removing the L-shaped silicone I had in my 20s, and since my rhinitis is severe, I thought I’d have surgery for that at the same time. But since I’m in my 40s, I also wonder if I should just have it removed. I’m scared of side effects and nervous.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
