I really can’t trust cosmetic surgery apps these days, and I don’t have any acquaintances in Busan, so I’m really struggling with where to go ㅠㅠ For my first surgery, I had it done with donated rib cartilage at a famous clinic in Seoul, and 3 years have passed. There’s no problem with contracture or anything else, but my rhinitis has gotten worse and, to be exact, about half of it has come down..ㅠㅠ People don’t even notice unless I tell them I had surgery.. So this time, considering aftercare too, I think Busan might be better, so I’m planning to do it in Busan. Is there anywhere you could recommend?! I feel like ear cartilage or septal cartilage would make the nasal tip drop too much, so if possible I just want to use my own rib cartilage, but if I do autologous rib cartilage + functional correction + revision surgery, it’ll be really expensive, right ㅠㅠㅠ? I really want to do this thinking it’ll be my last surgery. For revision surgery, ㅅㅍ seems to be famous, but I’m getting surgery again because mine is too natural-looking, so rather than a clinic that does a natural look, I want somewhere with a more glamorous but refined style ㅠㅠ What about ㅇㅇㄴㅇ or ㅇㅇㅇㅋ..?

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
Just as the title says…..
