I’m considering revision rhinoplasty using autologous rib cartilage, but I heard autologous rib cartilage is really expensive ㅠ Does anyone know about how much it might cost?? There are a lot of people around me who had it done with ear cartilage and septal cartilage, and their nasal tips really dropped a lotㅠㅠ For my first surgery, I used donated rib cartilage, but about half of my nasal tip has dropped It’s been 3 years, and I don’t have anything like contracture, but it’s gotten lower + my rhinitis has gotten so much worseㅠㅠㅠ Does anyone know how much these 3 procedures might cost like this..?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
