I thought this was unrelated to nose surgery, but apparently sinusitis can also happen because of silicone. Even when I take antibiotics, it doesn't get better and keeps recurring, so I want to remove it quickly. But these days, maybe removal is trendy too, because there are separate clinics specializing in removal, and the cost is so expensive that I'm debating
