In order, these are my current nose - my nose before. I shaved down the hump, placed 25 mm of silicone, and used ear cartilage for the nasal tip. I really hate the artificial look, so I just want to go back to my natural nose so badly. Please give me advice. I went into my first surgery too recklessly, so for revision surgery I want to get a lot of advice here before doing it What I want most, in order of priority, is: 1. My natural nose 2. If my natural nose is not possible, then the most natural-looking nose possible I definitely want to remove the silicone
