For the eyes, I want an out-line or semi-out-line, but they said double eyelid folds could form, so I’m worried ㅠ I want eyes like the photo I attached

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
