I developed nasal contracture and have had 5 surgeries, and my last surgery was done with autologous rib cartilage. I’m not greedy about the nasal bridge ㅜㅜ Is there anyone who knows a place that’s good at projecting the nasal tip and columella.... I really want this to be the last oneㅜ I’m planning to do it with autologous rib cartilage. I’m curious about places that properly project the columella well using autologous rib cartilage.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
