It’s been 2 years since I had rhinoplasty. I had inflammation once before, so because of the anxiety, I thought I wanted to remove the silicone. Recently, when I went to the hospital, I was told that the silicone had shifted downward and that the nasal tip cartilage or something had become crooked. While looking into revision surgery, I heard that if you use ㅇㄴ-fit silicone that matches my nose, it fits the nose exactly so it is less likely to move. I’d like people who have had ㅇㄴ-fit to tell me the pros and cons. I don’t want to be stressed about inflammation issues, so I thought I wanted to use autologous dermis, but I heard that if you use autologous dermis, a step-off can form between the bridge and the nasal tip. How much does autologous dermis get absorbed in the nasal bridge? Has anyone had a step-off form? For reference, I used 2 mm silicone. I just don’t want it to become lower than my original nose, but if I use autologous dermis, how much lower would it get?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
