I’m not going to use silicone for the nasal bridge, and I’m planning to only have revision surgery on the nasal tip. Has anyone here done it that way? I’m trying to remove it because the foreign-body sensation is severe, and since too much of my septal cartilage was taken during my first surgery, if they need to reinforce that area, I think they’ll have no choice but to touch the nasal tip. I’m wondering whether the foreign-body sensation and things like that were okay. They say reinforcing it is fine, but I’m asking just in case

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
