I think I saw that it’s removed only when there is inflammation, but what’s the difference between leaving the capsule and removing it? If the capsule is left in place, could contracture occur after removal or something? I vaguely thought removing the capsule was better, but I saw that it’s often left in place, so I was curious why they leave it.
