I’m worried about nasal cartilage show-through, the upturned nose not being improved, and the nasal tip looking too pointy. If I have revision surgery with costal cartilage, the upturned nose can be improved, but since my skin is thin, I’m worried there might be show-through again. At ㅅㅅㅇ, they said they can remove the existing cartilage and use ear cartilage to rebuild the support strut and lower it. Would that be less likely to cause cartilage show-through or look unnatural? Even if my nose is lower, I want the nasal tip to look round and natural. But is it too much to want the upturned nose improved at the same time too?
