After full nose implant removal, is there also a symptom where the columella area becomes shorter and thinner, or should I say the nostrils become closer together? I'm currently considering removal, but my natural columella is short and thin, so I'm worried it might get even shorter. I'm worried the nostrils might become too close together. Anyone who had full nose implant removal, please share how the shape changedㅠㅜ
