I know not all of them are. There are real reviews too, and especially complication reviews are 100% real. I can understand cases where people agree to upload review photos and negotiate the surgery cost... But there’s a clinic I’m researching because I like their current aesthetic, and the reviews all have seriously the exact same tone and feel so viral that it puts me off. The before-and-after photos themselves are pretty, but do they receive the photos and handle the advertising? But honestly, if it’s not an ad, most people probably wouldn’t have a reason to post detailed surgery reviews. Even if they’re ads, is it right to choose based on trusting the aesthetic?
김볶밥2 Reviews are really just for photo reference lol There’s no clinic that doesn’t do that, so I tend to just squint past it and choose
코코쁘 [@김볶밥2] Lol right ㅠㅠ I think I need to keep that in mind when looking, but still, it’s hard because all the reviews feel like they were written by the same person, sigh....
예뻐지고싶다앙 I also chose a clinic that matches the look I’m aiming for and booked a consultation, but after booking, I saw that the photos on their website, the app, and this community all had the exact same reviews... So I am kind of debating it. But the surgery reviews were written in so much detail that I thought people who believe them really would believe them...
사휴 It’s best to look at reviews thinking they’re just ads
furi There may be ads, but for now it does seem like there are some reviews
kayazamm A lot of the photos posted in reviews are Photoshopped and uploaded by the clinic. I think you should just look at the photos as a way to get a sense of, ‘Oh, this director has this kind of style~’ ㅠ

My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
